Andrena Hale Comes Aboard Unit 4 Television Series
KDS Entertainment is teaming up with "POWER" producer David Hopwood and "American Gangster: Trap Queens" Executive Producer Andrena Hale for an urban action TV series called "Barracuda: Unit 4." The show features five young and talented but villainous criminals who join a covert vigilante agency, Barracuda, founded by surviving members of the legendary Harlem Hellfighters.
Expect intense action, dark storytelling, and challenging themes. KDS is already in talks with executives, and co-creator Kevin M.J. Murphy describes it as "Kingsmen meets The Suicide Squad." KDS Entertainment's newest Strategic Partner, Dominic Jiminez has launched two new manga featuring stories that are "black centered" concepts. Tenpinz and Soul X Search are both high quality, speculative fiction offerings that are each precursors to anime series set to enter pre production through KDS Entertainment in 2023.
